Terms Of Sale
Below are some important facts you will need to know about placing an order.

Payments
We offer several convenient payment options. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, etc. Bank wire transfers are also available. The site is secure and purchases and payments can be made online or over the telephone on 01785 286409. Please call or e-mail for information.
Order Terms
All orders under £100.00 net are treated as retail sales and are sold at the listed retail price. We require a minimum of £100.00 net for all trade orders. Please contact us for further information info@clipbitz.com

Turnaround It is a priority to us to make sure that your order arrives to you in a timely manner. Our order pulling system and in house product assembly allows for a quick delivery time.

Delivery

UK Orders
All UK orders are sent by First Class Recorded Post (which has to be signed for) and incur a charge of £2.00 for packaging, handling and post.
Orders usually arrive the working day after they are posted, but may take longer depending on the Royal Mail.

We also offer a Special Delivery Service to our UK customers from £3.75 (which is charged by weight and value plus a £2 packaging and handling cost per delivery) this insures your jewellery during the delivery process, allows your order to be tracked and is guaranteed to reach you by 12 noon on the working day after dispatch (Mon-Thur).

We recommend this service for all large orders.

European Orders We recommend that all European orders are sent by Insured Airmail, which will need to be signed for at a cost of £5.00. There is a £1.00 packaging and handling fee added to all orders.

World Wide Orders We recommend that all Orders outside of Europe are sent by Insured Airmail which will need to be signed for at a cost of £5.00. There is a £1.00 packaging and handling fee added to all orders.

Packaging: Each clip comes with an instruction leaflet and suede effect burgundy or black pouch that is included in the price. Black velvet hinged boxes are available for an additional £1.00 each and are an ideal addition if buying as a gift!

Returns

Damaged Shipments
In the event that a package should arrive damaged, there are some essential steps that need to be taken. If the package is received damaged, incomplete, broken, crushed, or resealed in any way, you must contact PSK Jewellery Ltd within 48 hours. It is mandatory that the original box is kept with all the packing and shipping materials and enclosed merchandise intact. IF THE ABOVE CRITERIA ARE NOT MET, PSK WILL NOT HONOUR CLAIMS OF DAMAGE OR A SHORTAGE OF GOODS AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE TOTALS LISTED ON ALL ENCLOSED INVOICES.

Not As You Imagined/Faulty Goods

All items are individually checked before they are sealed in a clear polythene bag at the time of dispatch. When you receive your order you should check the item before you open the bag. Should an item not be as you imagined it, please return it to PSK in the same unopened condition that you received it, well packaged for the journey. (Please note that when returning unwanted goods we will not refund you the postage but a full refund for the value of the item will be given).

By opening the bag you are accepting that the jewellery is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of there being any visible defect in the jewellery items shipped, PSK Jewellery will offer a replacement, or full refund. Simply contact us at info@clipbitz.com stating your order number (printed on your invoice) and a brief description of the problem. You must obtain a Return Reference Number from us which should be quoted when returning the goods. (Please note that you must contact us within 7 days after the day that you receive your goods and the jewellery must be in its sealed bag) In the event that the items are faulty, PSK Jewellery Ltd will incur all recorded delivery postal charges involved in the return and replacement of your jewellery.

It is very important that all jewellery sent back to us from the UK, is sent via Recorded Delivery in a padded envelope, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post during transit to us. Please note that we cannot accept any returns once the polythene bag has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that all purchases from the Special Offers section are not returnable.

Title Claim
All goods remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery, but the ownership of the goods shall remain with PSK Jewellery Ltd. until full payment has been received from the buyer if not already done so (each order being considered as a whole). In the event on non-payment, PSK Jewellery Ltd. shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale, in which case PSK Jewellery Ltd. shall be entitled to the proceeds of re-sale in the hands of the buyer or any liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a £1.50 cancellation charge, this is to cover administration costs and will be deducted from the refund. You can cancel your order any time within 7 days after the day of receiving your goods for any reason. Simply contact us at info@clipbitz.com stating your order number (printed on your invoice). Please note that jewellery cannot be returned once the plastic bag has been opened.

You must obtain a Cancellation Reference that should be quoted when returning goods to us. In the case of an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all postal charges involved in sending the jewellery back to us. Please note that jewellery cannot be returned once the plastic bag has been opened. In the event that the customer wishes an item to be changed, (size, colour etc.) a fee of £1.50 will be charged for restocking and p&p in the UK and £4.00 overseas.

It is very important that all jewellery sent back to us from the UK, is sent via Recorded Delivery in a padded envelope, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post during transit to us. If a refund is required the amount will be refunded as a credit on your credit/debit card within 30 days of cancellation or a preferred method.

Complaints
Customer care is of utmost importance to us. Should you wish to make a complaint, simply E-Mail our complaints department at info@clipbitz.com with details.

Our staff there will do everything in their power to resolve the problem. All complaints will receive a personal response by the next working day. Should you wish to speak to a member of staff in person, call our helpline on 01785 286409. All complaints are treated in the utmost confidence.

PSK is committed to customer satisfaction, any complaints we receive will be treated as top priority, and we aim to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Limited Warranty
PSK Jewellery Ltd warrants that its products, if used in accordance with the instructions provided, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. PSK Jewellery Ltd will at its option, repair or replace the defective Product. In order to obtain warranty service, send the Product, postage prepaid, along with an explanation of the defect to:

This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God, accident, improper use, abuse, negligence or modification of, or to any part of the Product. "Intellectual Property"
Means patents, trade marks, trade secrets, copyright, database rights, designs, inventions, know how and any other industrial or intellectual property rights of any nature whatsoever, whether registered or capable of registration or not, in any part of the world and including all applications and the right to apply for any of the foregoing rights;

At PSK Jewellery Ltd we work very hard to design the most innovative products available anywhere in the marketplace. PSK Jewellery Ltd Clipbitz designs are protected by US and International patents and are registered designs. Any party found to violate the intellectual property rights of PSK Jewellery Ltd or the International and US Copyright, Patent or Trademark laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All Intellectual Property of whatever kind in the Goods shall remain (as between PSK and the Customer) the absolute property of PSK and no rights in such Intellectual Property are granted to the Customer save for a non-exclusive licence to use or resell the Goods for the purposes contemplated by the Agreement.
